1. After booking, we will send you an email confirmation. The minimum check-in age is 18.

 

2. We do not ask for a deposit. The booking amount must be paid on the spot at the start of your stay. This can be done by debit card or cash.

3. If you wish to cancel the booking, you must do so via email info@casa-mistela.com. If we are forced to cancel your booking, we will consult with you to plan another date.

4. Casa Mistela is not liable for any form of loss, theft, accident, damage or injury caused to - or by - tenants of Casa Mistela, both inside and outside our facilities. This also applies to parking in our car park; it is entirely at your own risk.

 

You are responsible for any damage to our property and that of third parties, such as hire bicycles and/or other hire equipment. We hold you liable in the event of theft.

5. We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.

 

6. If you do not wish to be photographed during your stay at Casa Mistela and/or do not wish to have your photo posted on our Facebook and/or Instagram account, please state this upon arrival. We will respect your privacy.

 

7. We reserve the right to remove you from the residence if you pose a threat or exhibit undesirable behaviour.
