1. Check-in is possible from 4.00 p.m., check-out on the day of departure is at 11.00 a.m. at the latest.

2. We politely ask you to observe silence between 00:00 and 08:00 a.m. Please be considerate of the other guests and our neighbors.

 

3. Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 10:30 a.m., with good weather outside, with bad weather in the conservatory and/or breakfast area.

 

4. You can always ask for new towels and toilet rolls. We ask you to take the environment into account.

 

5. Casa Mistela is non-smoking, it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in the common areas. It is allowed to smoke outside in the garden in the designated areas.

 

6. Pets are not allowed in Casa Mistela.

 

7. In every room you will find a kettle and Nespresso machine with which you can make your own tea and coffee.

 

8. There is free WiFi throughout the house and each room has its own flat screen TV.

 

9. A first aid kit is available in the breakfast kitchen.

 

 

10. The air conditioning provides cooling in the summer and the necessary heat in the winter. Use it in a sustainable way and switch off all power consumers when you leave the room.

 

11. At check-in you will receive a key to the room and a key to the front door. In case of loss or damage, we reserve the right to charge € 20.- per key.

12. COVID-19: In Casa Mistela we adhere to the measures currently in force. This also applies to all guests, provided you have a demonstrable medical reason that exempts you from this.
